Karley, a Miami native fluent in English and Spanish, holds a B.B.A. in International Business and Marketing from Florida International University, specializing in Commercial Real Estate. She began her real estate career in 2020, securing a $14 billion company as her first client and successfully selling 10 of their commercial properties during the peak of the pandemic. Since then, she has represented multiple billion-dollar companies, managing their South Florida real estate transactions for relocation, expansion, and investment, with deals totaling tens of millions of dollars. In 2023, her expertise and track record earned her recognition as one of the National Association of Realtors’ “30 Under 30.”
In 2024, Karley was recruited to join Sotheby’s International Realty Development Division, where she now exclusively represents a portion of the firm’s $10 billion in-house sales portfolio.
Beyond real estate, she is actively involved in business and civic organizations, including the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization and the Young Professionals Network of Florida Realtors. Passionate about philanthropy, she serves as a founding board member of Alfalit International’s Young Professional Board, contributing to global efforts that have helped educate over 8 million individuals in the fight against illiteracy.
